Apport helps you streamline your flow of information when booking shipments, by facilitating integration with your own business system. Apport supports most file formats and modes of communication. We have carried out more than 1650 integration procedures.
Integration means that Apport reads information about an order/shipment from an order system or business system. The advantage of integration is that you only need to register the shipment once in your order/business system. The information is subsequently transmitted automatically to Apport so that you can, for example, automatically consolidate, generate freight documentation and EDI, follow the shipment’s transport status and check invoices.
Regardless of which business system you have, you can integrate it with Apport. Either you produce the file containing shipment information or contact us and we will do the converting of the file for you. We have thorough experience of converting of almost any file format with high quality and short lead time.

This is how you integrate your business system:

Contact Apport to sign a contract and agree on terms for integration

Create a file which can be inputted into Apport. Follow our standard specification, use one of our standard connections or ask Memnon to do the converting of the file.

Test the file, either here at www.apport.net or by sending them to Memnon: integration@memnon.se

Test the communication. When the file has been approved, the integration is set up and the communication is tested.

Get started! You can now start using the integration and make use of the functionality in Apport.
