Apport is a rather large system, developed in order to assist companies large and small. It has primarily been constructed for large companies, however it can be downsized if you need fewer functions. You pay for what you use, when you use it. It's that simple.

Apport has been developed in close collaboration with the leading carriers to help them be as efficient as possible. It has also been developed in consultation with our users, to create an interface that is effective, clear and easy to use.
We currently have 30 000 customers, with an average of 250 new customers coming to us every week.
As a purchaser of transport services you can book goods transportation, receive confirmation, print freight documentation and follow up on your shipments. It is easy to administer the entire company's transportation and print out reports, for example last year's total transportation expenses. There is also an invoice checker that automatically checks the invoice against your original order. By using Apport you get an overview of your freight orders, but avoid expensive start-up and administration costs which a new system would involve. It is also simple to integrate Apport into your existing business system. No installation or management of Apport is required, only information about how to log in.
For Carriers
As a carrier it is easy for you to receive bookings over the Internet. Booking information and transport instruction (the invoicebased information) can be sent to you in your choice of format. The information can be exported direct to your production system or sent as email. Some of Scandinavia's largest carriers are now Apport partners and present the service in their own layout under their own name.

Price enquiries
Carry out individual price enquiries or allow the service to set the price automatically. Choose whether to add a mark-up, for example when forwarding the invoice. Price enquiries can be made in the currency of your choice.
Send transport instructions
When you book a transport via Apport the information that is entered is converted so that transport instructions can be sent electronically, using EDI, directly into the carrier's own system.
Consolidate shipments
Several shipments to the same town or consignee can be put together and handled as one, which is cost efficient and simplifies checkups. A consolidated shipment gives you a better overview, saves you time and cheaper transportation.
Track & Trace
Apport enables you to view the status of your most recent shipments whenever you like. Everything is collected in one single location. You can also let a third party view the status of the shipment.
Invoice checker & Analysis
The Invoice Checker automatically compare invoices against your original orders. Invoice Checker & Analysis provides you with a financial summary of all shipments which have been carried out and helps you to find any discrepancies or errors which your invoices may contain.
